Raspberry & Hazelnut Tart, a recipe inspired by his two sons, with one loving hazelnuts and the other with a passion for raspberries – and equally a love for chocolate. It was with this inspiration in mind that Curtis created a delicious raspberry, hazelnut and chocolate tart that would end up in his pie shop and now be available in a block. Made from smooth and creamy CADBURY DAIRY MILK milk chocolate, each bite is layered with raspberry flavoured sauce, choc creme and hazelnut pieces.
