We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible! Once shipped, UK orders usually arrive in 1-2 working days. International orders can be as fast as 1-3 working days when express shipping is chosen, and still often arrive in under a week when standard shipping is selected.
If one of our items happens to be out of stock, we will definitely be doing our best behind the scenes to get it back in stock! It's worth noting that all of our products, including our loose pick 'n' mix sweets, are stored, handled and packaged in/around the same areas, so we cannot guarantee that any sweets are truly free from all allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination. The variety of sweets in each mix can depend on stock levels and new arrivals. We are always trying to bring you the newest, tastiest sweets!
On the odd occasion, mixes may vary slightly due to stock levels and/or new arrivals. Any sweet that is swapped out will be either replaced with more of the other sweets in the mix, or a very similar type of sweet to ensure that you still get a bag full of incredibly tasty yumminess!

i absolutely would love to give this a 10/10 as its so unique and delicious at the same time! astounding! i have never had anything like this before, so even if it is my first time trying different types of candies they have such amazing textures and flavors that are soft and chewy to a comfort! what a bliss! definitely excited to make another order when i can!
