We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible! Once shipped, UK orders usually arrive in 1-2 working days. International orders can be as fast as 1-3 working days when express shipping is chosen, and still often arrive in under a week when standard shipping is selected.

It's worth noting that all of our products, including our loose pick 'n' mix sweets, are stored, handled and packaged in/around the same areas, so we cannot guarantee that any sweets are truly free from all allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination. If your allergy is so severe that cross-contamination poses a real risk for you then we would highly recommend that you first email us before placing your order.

On the odd occasion, mixes may vary slightly due to stock levels and/or new arrivals. Any sweet that is swapped out will be either replaced withย more of the other sweets in the mix, or a very similar type of sweet to ensure that youย still get a bag fullย ofย incredibly tasty yumminess!
