I'm really happy that you have an array of sugar-free options (many other similar companies have very few or none!) so I was very glad that you have enough to warrant a mix and that you have it available. I'm diabetic so sugar-free options that are tasty and will give me a sweetie fix are really great to find! I'd like to see more sugar-free options available both separately and in the mix, especially if they can have more variety in flavour and texture. I find many of the sugar-free options at the moment are more similar so I'd love for this range to expand further.

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible! Once shipped, UK orders usually arrive in 1-2 working days. International orders can be as fast as 1-3 working days when express shipping is chosen, and still often arrive in under a week when standard shipping is selected.

It's worth noting that all of our products, including our loose pick 'n' mix sweets, are stored, handled and packaged in/around the same areas, so we cannot guarantee that any sweets are truly free from all allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination. If your allergy is so severe that cross-contamination poses a real risk for you then we would highly recommend that you first email us before placing your order.
The variety of sweets in each mix can depend on stock levels and new arrivals. We are always trying to bring you the newest, tastiest sweets!
On the odd occasion, mixes may vary slightly due to stock levels and/or new arrivals. Any sweet that is swapped out will be either replaced with more of the other sweets in the mix, or a very similar type of sweet to ensure that you still get a bag full of incredibly tasty yumminess!
