We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible! Once shipped, UK orders usually arrive in 1-2 working days. International orders can be as fast as 1-3 working days when express shipping is chosen, and still often arrive in under a week when standard shipping is selected.
If one of our items happens to be out of stock, we will definitely be doing our best behind the scenes to get it back in stock! If you’re wanting to know exactly when something is back in stock so you can act fast, hit the ‘Notify Me When Available’ so you receive an email as soon as it’s back! The best way to keep up to date with general restock updates is through Instagram and our newsletter.
We aim to cater for a huge range of dietary requirements - in fact, we'd go as far as to say that we cater for special dietary requirements like no other! You'll find a great range that satisfies your needs.
It's worth noting that all of our products, including our loose pick 'n' mix sweets, are stored, handled and packaged in/around the same areas, so we cannot guarantee that any sweets are truly free from all allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination. If your allergy is so severe that cross-contamination poses a real risk for you then we would highly recommend that you first email us before placing your order.
The variety of sweets in each mix can depend on stock levels and new arrivals. We are always trying to bring you the newest, tastiest sweets!
On the odd occasion, mixes may vary slightly due to stock levels and/or new arrivals. Any sweet that is swapped out will be either replaced with more of the other sweets in the mix, or a very similar type of sweet to ensure that you still get a bag full of incredibly tasty yumminess!

I would highly recommend getting a mystery bargain box. Mine arrived today and it has a great variety of different snacks from different countries. When looking at the original value of the items, it comes to £26ish which consider the box only cost £9.99 is very reasonable in my opinion. As stated everything is past its best before date, the furthest past is from October 2024 (received order in March 2025), but most things are only a month or two past their best. All still perfectly fine and enjoyable to eat though. I’ll definitely be repurchasing once I’ve got through this order as it’s a great way to try new things at a reduced price to usual.
I got a regular size box and it came with a bunch of different things!! Gum, gummies, full/king size chocolate bars.. I will def be buying a bigger one!!
