We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible! Once shipped, UK orders usually arrive in 1-2 working days. International orders can be as fast as 1-3 working days when express shipping is chosen, and still often arrive in under a week when standard shipping is selected.
If one of our items happens to be out of stock, we will definitely be doing our best behind the scenes to get it back in stock! If you’re wanting to know exactly when something is back in stock so you can act fast, hit the ‘Notify Me When Available’ so you receive an email as soon as it’s back! The best way to keep up to date with general restock updates is through Instagram and our newsletter.
We aim to cater for a huge range of dietary requirements - in fact, we'd go as far as to say that we cater for special dietary requirements like no other! You'll find a great range that satisfies your needs.
It's worth noting that all of our products, including our loose pick 'n' mix sweets, are stored, handled and packaged in/around the same areas, so we cannot guarantee that any sweets are truly free from all allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination. If your allergy is so severe that cross-contamination poses a real risk for you then we would highly recommend that you first email us before placing your order.
The variety of sweets in each mix can depend on stock levels and new arrivals. We are always trying to bring you the newest, tastiest sweets!
On the odd occasion, mixes may vary slightly due to stock levels and/or new arrivals. Any sweet that is swapped out will be either replaced with more of the other sweets in the mix, or a very similar type of sweet to ensure that you still get a bag full of incredibly tasty yumminess!

This was such a delight. I got a few substitutions which were similar but i wish I’d had the original items. The peach and mango balls were my favorite! The box is awesome, so nice to get something i can reuse too! I’m going to use it to store craft items!
Have refilled this one twice with lots of different things. Handy and useful! Has me thinking what to use for christmas day
The candy tray arrived quicker than expected, and you really can't beat the price for how much yout get! Will definitely be ordering more!
Loved every candy I chose! The sour foam fish were my favorite
The delivery to Germany was fast, we only waited for a week and that's impressive! Packaging was well done. The platters are huge and still not empty (haha). I was a bit "disappointed" that some items costed a bit more, but it was kinda understandable. Other than that the quality of the products is good and all in all we'll order again :)
Looooved it this was out first of many orders to come a lot of different items to try
Delicious! I loved all the candies. The blueberry, raspberry, boysenberry, and strawberry trio from the platter. The bag of soft rock candy I enjoyed too, the lemon and apple were my favorites.
Absolutely loved it. I love that I can't pick and choose what is in it. I am currently waiting for my third one to come in the mail. I will be a long time customer for sure!
Would have added photos but it was gone by the time I got home from work trip. Daughter said it was good and soft things wants more. So another order soon from us. Maybe I will get some of this one.
Love the size of the slots
I was so amazed when this platter arrived. It was full of yummy candy and all the candy seemed like it had just been made. I was a little hesitant to order. I was afraid the candy would get mixed up and be a mess, but the platter was perfect and the candy is beyond perfect!! Hope to order real soon for christmas gifts!!!
Great quality box! And great value for money if you have vouchers
Great size for price. Great size. Sturdy container. I have to fight it a bit but I like that my candy is that safe and the fight isnt anything I wouldn’t get from a “tear here” if I missed the tearing portion. I would want to try different containers just to collect them but this one is neat.
you get good quantities of each choice in this platter, packaged really well. a great option if you want a selection!
The best of everything. Great way to try new treats! There’s something for everyone to love!
The whole family really loves the candy!! I’ll definitely be ordering more before we run out!!
You can’t get any better than buying a platter off the Poppin Candy website. Not only can you pick out all your favourite sweets. You get them full to the brim. Very good buy!
Loved it! Gifts for the whole family!!
Lovely sweets all nice and fresh will defo use again
The photos don’t quite do the quantity justice. You get a LOT of product in what seemed to be tiny compartments. The platter is larger than my head, a fantastic addition to a party spread.
Very please with my platter. May order more in the future
My first time ordering one of these and I fell in love immediately like I was like oh am I sure I wanna pay this much for it but it’s honestly worth it because you to try so much new candies that you always wanted to try in a platter. And they have so much more good snacks with it too.
Love the platter option, great variety and space holder, keeps the air out nicely
Fast service, a lot of choices

LOVE that they stuff it FULL! love being able to pick out what I want in it! I’ll probably order one again in the future to try out new items!
I loved picking candies to try and thought the quality/communication was excellent. I was very happy with how quickly my order we fulfilled and shipped, especially since it was international. I will definitely be ordering another candy platter in the future!
Cool box that I get to keep to use for other events when we need cheese, crackers, and etc. I love how they packed it tight and it was shipped very well for an awkward shape. Thanks.
All the candy was fresh and delicious. We definitely enjoyed it ❤️
Big fan of the candy platter I wish they could make it so if you get sour and non sour candies the sour sugar can’t go onto the not sour ones.
Delicious candy
So yummy! I was sad it took a month to come since it was a birthday present but I appreciate the apology email with the coupon
