We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible! Once shipped, UK orders usually arrive in 1-2 working days. International orders can be as fast as 1-3 working days when express shipping is chosen, and still often arrive in under a week when standard shipping is selected.
If one of our items happens to be out of stock, we will definitely be doing our best behind the scenes to get it back in stock! If you’re wanting to know exactly when something is back in stock so you can act fast, hit the ‘Notify Me When Available’ so you receive an email as soon as it’s back! The best way to keep up to date with general restock updates is through Instagram and our newsletter.
We aim to cater for a huge range of dietary requirements - in fact, we'd go as far as to say that we cater for special dietary requirements like no other! You'll find a great range that satisfies your needs.
It's worth noting that all of our products, including our loose pick 'n' mix sweets, are stored, handled and packaged in/around the same areas, so we cannot guarantee that any sweets are truly free from all allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination. If your allergy is so severe that cross-contamination poses a real risk for you then we would highly recommend that you first email us before placing your order.
The variety of sweets in each mix can depend on stock levels and new arrivals. We are always trying to bring you the newest, tastiest sweets!
On the odd occasion, mixes may vary slightly due to stock levels and/or new arrivals. Any sweet that is swapped out will be either replaced with more of the other sweets in the mix, or a very similar type of sweet to ensure that you still get a bag full of incredibly tasty yumminess!

Great amount of candy in this size!
Can’t wait to try another one with different candies and flavors! Did not disappoint, there was plenty of each candy.

They were generous with the amount of candy they packed in and they did an amazing job keeping the ratio of all the different candies equal to one another! This is some of the most tasty and unique, and also very fresh, candy I have had! This was worth the price and wait!
The candy was amazing. If you don’t want everything to end up sour though, maybe pick one that has sorters

Got an order for my friends birthday and we had so much fun testing all the different flavors! Everything was packaged so nicely and it was such a fun experience to share. We’ll definitely be ordering again!!
My first order was so wonderful! My late fiance was from the UK and would always bring me candies from there. I miss him desperately, but getting to enjoy some of these yummies brings me nothing but good memories of him and it means the world. The shipping was fast, and my bowl was packed well. The candy was fresh and delicious. I think my biggest complaint was that it didn't last long enough! 🥴🤪 Two suggestions, if I may. Please fix the app (including its bad lag) so that customers can create their custom mix right from their "wishlist" page. I spent ages selecting all the varieties that interested me, and then had to go right back to the "all" selection to pick for my mix. The second would be to please please stock those little white candy sticks (similar but superior to the candy cigarettes we have in the US). LOVE those! Lastly, I hope that you'll restock a bunch of the out of stock items!! Thanks and looking forward to placing my next order!
